BJP government should implement the below ten point program BASED NOT ONLY ON ECONOMIC INDEXES LIKE PIB BUT ALSO ON HUMAN WELL BEING INDEXES IMAGINED BY AMARTYA SEN :
1) Government must stop illegal entry of immigrants and missionaries.
2) Government should Implement Anti-conversion law in every state without asking the wish and fancy of whether a state is favourable or not with budgetary or other punishments if not implemented,
3) Government should implement Common civil… code
4) Government should give priority to Cow protection and ENCOURAGE breeding of indigenous Indian cow.
5) National inter connecting of all important Indian rivers with creation of a National structure for it’s implementation should be launched.
6) IT IS important to put a hold on field trial of GMO and send MONSANTO and other GMO American failed companies to where they came. Please induct DEVINDER SHARMA or Mrs. VANDANA SHIVA in government’s Environmental ministry.
7) Government should monitor the green and arable land cover by satellite mapping of agricultural fields and forests. A government Institute in collaboration with ISRO should also monitor and prevent decrease in green cover and arable land cover. It should make mandatory for mining and other industrial activities for every tree destroyed 100 more of them is planted. Every industry should be encouraged to clean and filter the waste water it may generate before letting it in the public drainage by adequate government authorized filtering facilities.
8) Besides, a bio-refinery cum solid and liquid waste management unit on the model of the unit that exists in Vellore in TAMIL NADU should be created in every town and village adapting their size to the population.
9) A national level Pollution control Board should be created or if already in place it’s visibility enhanced. It should bring to the public notice about pollution rate of AIR, WATER AND LAND by media insertion, bill boards and online information etc.
10) Reducing road accidents by all innovative and recent technologies with camera working on speed detecting radar and computerizing payment of bills from those who transgress. That money should go to the prevention of accidents in a virtuous cycle. Electrical cars should be encouraged and financial aid to buyers of TATA electric car can be imagined.
